In March of the current year Courier Service Express has entered contactless delivery of parcels for prophylaxis of virus infections.

«Contactless delivery is a new change of the market caused by the current situation in order to reduce interaction between people. We render this service upon the client’s request, it available in all the territory of the Russian Federation», - comments Maria Martynova, CSE Deputy CEO.

Such format of delivery excludes transfer of a parcel from hands to hands and documents when obtaining the consignee’s signature.

Couriers must use protective gloves and masks, use disinfectants regularly.

The company staff undergo daily morning and evening body temperature monitoring. The employees whose indicators fall outside the norm limits are discharged from work and must visit a doctor. They are not allowed to work without a medical certificate.

«In the current epidemiological conditions we undertake all possible measures to protect our staff and our clients from possible risks. Their health and safety is our main priority. If the new service is in demand after the situation in the country becomes normal, we will continue to use it », - notes Maria Martynova.
