New IT-solutions of contactless delivery

Courier Service Express has improved the service of contactless delivery of prepaid orders, having implemented the technology of proof by means of a digital pin-code or by means of a digital signature of the consignee.

When a parcel is transferred for delivery, a client receives a digital five-digit code or a link to the  site of the company allowing to scan a bar code from a waybill automatically together with standard information bout the order in an SMS, e-mail or one of messengers. A courier delivers a parcel to the consignee’s door and steps back in safe distance. If it is a pin-code which constitutes a proof of delivery, the client shall say it to the courier. After coincidence the parcel gets a status of delivered automatically. If delivery is made by means of bar code scanning, the fact of delivery is proved by a digital signature of the consignee on the screen of the mobile telephone. 

Both ways essentially simplify interaction making a dialogue of the consignee and the courier minimal and completely excluding the necessity to get a "handwritten" signature and to show a passport of the consignee.
