               Since 30 March 2020 in some regions of Russia a general self-isolation mode has been introduced which means movement restrictions. Certainly, at the moment we all are anxious about the situation with spreading corona virus infections and its negative influence on business processes, on our daily life. The virus (COVID-19) is declared a pandemic of the year 2020.

               Coronavirus infection of a new type is quickly covering all the world, it is a very dangerous infectious disease and every one risks to catch it today. The states close their borders, they stop work of millions of people, the infected ones and the people contacting with them are isolated from the society, mass events are forbidden everywhere.

                Coronavirus has negatively affected the most part of Russian employers. Some companies have been completely closed for the period of epidemic. Other firms continue to work maximally reducing its working time. Still others arranged distance working.

                We wish to assure you that our company belongs to the category of «continuously operating organisations» any suspension of work of which may break uninterrupted servicing of population, supply and work of medical, trading and governmental bodies. Therefore we continue to work in the usual mode, no changes are planned. In the conditions of self-isolation we are keeping the information integrity of the country and we are using our best efforts to ensure arrangement of ability to live for the cities, enterprises, companies and population, supply and work of medical, trading and governmental bodies, satisfying your logistical demands in full, delivering daily important documents and freight for You. Our couriers, operators of contacts-centres, offices and warehouses staff continue to work. Our terminals are work in accordance with the established schedule, deliveries are carried out in accordance with the declared terms.

               In connection with the epidemiological situation which has become aggravated in Russia, on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation as of 02.04.2020 N 239 "On Measures to Ensure Sanitary-and-Epidemiologic Well-Being of the Population in the Territory of the Russian Federation due to Spreading of a New Coronavirus Infection (COVID-19)", the Decree of the Mayor of the city of Moscow as of 02.04.2020 No.36-UM on modification of the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow as of 05.03.2020 No.12-UM, the Decree of the Mayor of the city of Moscow as of 04.04.2020 No. 40-UM «On Particularities of Application of Measures of Liability for Breach of the Mode of High alert in the city of Moscow by Organisations and Individual Businessmen », the Decree of the Mayor of the city of Moscow as of 04.04.2020 No. 39-UM «On Modification of the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow as of 5 March 2020 No. 12-MIND », the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation as of 02.04.2020 N 417" On Approval of the Rules of Behaviour, Obligatory for Execution by Citizens and Organisations, In The Event Of Introduction of the Mode of High Alert or Extreme Situation ", Order of the General Public Health Officer of the Russian Federation No.9 as of 30.03.2020" On Extra Measures To Prevent COVID-19 Spreading ", the Decision of the General Public Doctor of the Russian Federation as of 18.03.2020 No.7 “To Ensure  A Mode of Isolation For The Purposes of COVID-19 Prevention ", Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights (Rospotrebnadzor) recommendations as of 10.03.2020г. No.02/3853-2020-27 on prophylaxis measures of new coronavirus infections (COVID-19) and recommendations for the population given by the Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights, due to a threat of spreading of a coronavirus infection of a new type (COVID-19) our company is introducing a mode of high alert and in this connection we have developed a plan of special actions:

1. We strictly observe all necessary and established measures therefore our company takes close control of the health of our staff and clients, we have organized unprecedented conditions to revealing and prevent the disease. The staff of the company have been transferred to the home office mode, a part of employees working in offices and warehouses of the company undergo obligatory twice a day daily medical control for the purpose of revealing of any signs of disease and on-time isolation, including temperature checking.

2. Couriers and employees of the company are provided with medical masks, disinfectors and gloves. Each employee of the company disinfects hands before and after freight delivery, and while contacting with a client – is keeping proper distance.

3. All offices of the company are equipped with skin antiseptics and sanitizers for the staff’s hands treatment. These agents are in accessible places and in sufficient quantity. Employees of the company keep the established 1,5 m distance. We provide maximum possible level of safety of working conditions in the territory of the warehouse and the client office.

4. Delivery cars undergo obligatory treatment with special disinfectants recommended by Rospotrebnadzor. We have doubled the frequency of obligatory sanitary processing of our cars.

5. Airing, wet cleaning, sanitary and disinfectant treatment of offices, warehouses, courier cars are made on a regular basis.

6. All staff members of the company are obliged to abstain from trips to the countries with bad epidemiological conditions. After visits to the given countries, the employees of the company are on strict quarantine with a chance to work remotely.

Our company is a client-oriented one, therefore we have planned the following measures to ensure trouble-free work of our client service in the current conditions:

• Organization and connection of the remote work scheme for operators of own contact-centre.
• Arrangement of remote access for the client service staff to all system resources of the company.
• Alternative form of a courier call has been organised (through the company’s site, using a feedback form, by application, e-mail).
• Payment for delivery of the goods is accepted mainly by a bank card, which increases the speed of payment and minimises a contact of our couriers with clients.

7. We attentively control the conditions of disease spreading, so the following measures to maintain uninterrupted operational activity are planned:

• If increase the number of ill employees of the warehouses and the courier service is growing, we will involve extra outsourcing staff.
• If a quarantine is announced in some areas of the city or region, operational servicing will be operatively changed according to introduced restrictions.
• If collection or delivery facilities are closed due to the quarantine, a courier will call a hot line of the company for operative decision-making.
• If the virus is substantially spread and in order to reduce the risk of infecting, it will be possible to redistribute all orders automatically from the courier delivery to pickup points delivery and automated parcel terminals without any consent of the clients.
• For the parcels which have been accepted but cannot be delivered due to the measures undertaken at the local and global level to struggle against coronavirus, the following variants are provided:

1. Return to the consignor;
2. Storage before stabilisation of the situation with further decision-making by the consignor;
3. Other measures, upon agreement  with a client.

Stay at home! We have developed a «contactless courier delivery»  solution which is possible with the consent of the client consignor. Our courier delivers a parcel to the door and will make sure that the consignee have received it keeping the safe distance. Just call to our contact-centre or write to us.

All actual information operatively appears on the site of the company and constitutes a formal notification about change of service rendering conditions.

              In connection with the current situation some delays connected with occurred restrictions are possible, all of them will be operatively settled.
